House rules
Please read these rules before confirming your booking.
Authorised guests
Only guests declared in the booking may access and stay in the accommodation. Any additional or outside person requires the owner’s prior agreement.
Parties and quiet hours
Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed. Please respect the neighbours, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
Smoking
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only outside or on the terrace, using the ashtrays provided.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is normally by 11:00. A later departure may exceptionally be agreed with the owner, subject to availability.
Identity and payment
The booking must be made in the main guest’s name. Payment should normally be made by the same person. Otherwise, or when verification is necessary, an official ID may be requested.
Care and cleanliness
The accommodation, furniture and equipment must be used with care. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged. Please leave the accommodation reasonably clean.
Safety and access
Safety equipment must not be moved, disabled or damaged. Keys and access codes are personal and must not be shared with anyone outside the booking.
Garden
Garden access is allowed when the gate is open. When the gate is closed, access is not allowed unless agreed with the owner. Children remain under the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.
Use of the premises
The accommodation is for private lodging only. Illegal activity, subletting or transferring the booking without the owner’s agreement is prohibited.
Failure to comply
In the event of a party, serious disturbance, undeclared guests, deliberate damage or dangerous behaviour, the owner may require the situation to stop immediately and, if necessary, end the stay.
